Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems

- Produce whitepapers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Manage a team of researchers and foster innovation in responsible AI practices
- Present findings at global conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias or fairness in ML systems
- Expertise in global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing technical research teams and budgets
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools development
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
