Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the comprehensive roadmap and technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and data scientists.
- Architecture Design: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures for next-gen applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Innovation: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of project milestones.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless architectures.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and executing complex technical strategies for large-scale systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
