- Publish research in collaboration with Stanford and MIT ethics labs
- Advise policymakers on AI regulatory frameworks for 2030 deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or Computational Social Science
- 5+ years researching algorithmic bias or explainable AI systems
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python with TensorFlow/PyTorch for ethical simulations
- Published work in top-tier ethics or AI conferences (AAAI, ECAI)
- Experience with participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholders
- Strong background in cross-cultural ethical analysis frameworks
