Responsibilities

- Research emerging regulatory trends and advise on compliance strategies
- Author public-facing AI ethics reports and position papers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, policy, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Excellent written/verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
