Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI frameworks aligned with global standards (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models and datasets
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional written communication skills for policy documentation
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries for bias analysis
- Published research or practical implementations in AI ethics
