Responsibilities

- Develop company-wide AI ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advise product teams on ethical implications of AI features and design choices
- Represent company at global AI ethics forums and contribute to industry standards
- Lead incident response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for ethical technology
- Strong technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with ML engineers
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Google AI Ethics Certificate)
