Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning for the 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to define technical vision and product strategy.
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for high-impact technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or senior engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (3+ years out).
- Deep technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
