Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI products
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging AI technologies
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics best practices
- Research and document evolving ethical challenges in generative AI
- Contribute to industry-wide AI ethics standards and publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong understanding of ML model development lifecycle
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
- Fluency in Python and statistical analysis tools
