Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech
- Expertise in federated learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to petabyte scale
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
