Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior patterns
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for enterprise adaptation to disruptive future states
- Forge strategic alliances with quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech thought leaders
- Translate future intelligence into executive-ready recommendations and innovation roadmaps
- Champion organizational culture of anticipatory innovation across global R&D divisions
- Deliver keynote insights at global futurism summits and industry foresight symposiums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic vision frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional command of scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis systems
- Credibility with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 organizations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent strategic discipline
