Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI integration across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype 2026-ready solutions in quantum computing and biotech
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-7 year adoption timelines
- Author white papers and briefings for Fortune 100 clients on future-of-work implications
- Manage $5M R&D portfolio for experimental AI applications
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Published research in AI ethics, AGI alignment, or predictive modeling
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to market
- Security clearance preferred (government contract experience)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive analytics tools
