Responsibilities
- Develop predictive AI models forecasting technological convergence points for 2026-2030
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 clients on AI implementation roadmaps
- Produce annual 'FutureTech Horizon' reports distributed to G7 policy makers
- Manage $5M R&D budget for experimental AI prototype development
- Mentor PhD fellows in human-AI symbiosis research initiatives
- Represent company at Davos and World Economic Forum tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Systems, or related field with 8+ years AI research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on neural network optimization or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy architectures
- Proven track record designing ethical AI governance frameworks for Fortune 100 clients
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing SDKs
- Fluency in at least three major programming paradigms (functional, logic, concurrent)
- Security clearance eligibility for government AI advisory projects
