Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Lead governance committees for autonomous systems, quantum AI, and neural interface technologies
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory working groups
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices and compliance standards
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and biotechnology sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Experience with quantum computing and neural interface technology ethical considerations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong background in data privacy, algorithmic transparency, and human-centered design
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Certificate)
