Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-driven foresight frameworks to predict technological paradigms post-2025
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping exponential tech trajectories (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces)
- Produce annual '2026 Tech Horizon' strategic reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems and human augmentation tech
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions using generative AI and simulation modeling
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy-shaping summits
- Mentor a team of emerging technologists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, product development, or futures research leadership
- Proven track record of publishing tech foresight research (IEEE journals, ACM, etc.)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI safety)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools (Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology roadmap implementations
