Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Architectures: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant neural network infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data flows.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the research and integration of quantum computing algorithms into classical AI pipelines to enhance processing power.
- Optimization & Performance: Spearhead initiatives to reduce model latency and energy consumption in edge computing environments.
- AI Governance: Implement and oversee ethical AI frameworks to ensure transparency, fairness, and safety in autonomous systems.
- Technical Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for Horizon AI Labs, setting the standard for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into robust software solutions.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and reviewing complex codebases.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and high-throughput APIs.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
