Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically optimized for 2026 latency and accuracy standards.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures capable of processing real-time multimodal data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI solutions in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation to improve model interpretability, safety, and ethical alignment.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the company's technical roadmap for the future.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, primarily Python, with knowledge of C++ for performance optimization.
- Experience with distributed computing systems and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
