Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the conceptualization and execution of our 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging tech (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing).
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a cross-functional research team focused on prototype development and feasibility studies for future technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex future technologies into clear business value propositions for investors and executive leadership.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech landscapes to identify disruptive innovations that could reshape our industry.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor world-class talent capable of solving problems that haven't been invented yet.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, specifically in AI, Robotics, or Software Architecture.
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate market shifts and align organizational strategy with long-term technological trends.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current AI models, blockchain, and future computing paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences from engineers to C-suite executives.
