Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural architecture optimization
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms for real-time data processing and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and deploy scalable AI solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in AI/ML or quantum computing
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for large-scale experimentation
