Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and conveyor systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety certifications
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation procedures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including PPE usage and ergonomic lifting techniques
- Collaborate in fast-paced teams to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards
- Support facility cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation (if applicable)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
