Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and scan customer orders using handheld scanning technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily performance targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety standards in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid state-issued driver's license for equipment operation
