Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with procurement, transportation, and customer service teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving productivity improvements
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety program implementation
