Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and stock audits
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time order processing
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
