Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and speed using handheld scanners and technology.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to maintain optimal fulfillment standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and operational targets.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure customer orders are accurate and meet specifications.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items up to 49 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld devices.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
