Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and power jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated areas.
- Use handheld scanners and technology to track packages accurately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld devices.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks may be hot/cold).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
