Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic stock rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
- Participate in physical inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
