Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack customer orders in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanning technology
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for background check)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
