Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods within warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct daily pre-shift inspections
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
