Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound merchandise efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all products before they leave the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and solve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
