Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve merchandise using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy, including checking descriptions, quantities, and prices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (8-hour shifts).
- Physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
