Responsibilities
- Sort, pick, pack, and ship products: Process customer orders with accuracy and speed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment: Safely and efficiently use handheld scanners, powered pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory management: Maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies immediately to management.
- Ensure a clean work environment: Adhere to all safety guidelines and keep workstations organized to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members: Work effectively within a team structure to meet daily performance goals and quotas.
- Flexible shifts available: Work various shifts including day, evening, night, and overnight to fit your lifestyle.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds repeatedly; ability to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic computer systems for data entry.
- Communication: Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
