Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, scanners, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock rotation protocols
- Adhere to strict safety standards and ergonomic best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 49 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to the Boston facility
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
