Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided on-site).
- Ensure workstations and aisles remain clean and organized at all times.
- Scan items and verify quantities to prevent shipping errors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Maintain a high level of safety compliance in all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
