Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment in a climate-controlled facility
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals
- Document inventory discrepancies and report equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital inventory systems
- Valid state driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to 789 Logistics Parkway
- Flexible availability overnight (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
