Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support inbound/outbound logistics processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid state ID for facility access
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
