Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks) to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet Amazon's standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and goals.
- Load and unload trucks as required by operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
