Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure order accuracy.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; High school diploma is not strictly required for this role.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including loading docks.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
