Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Load and unload trucks safely and accurately to meet daily delivery targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of merchandise.
- Adhere to all Amazon safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
