Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and turrets, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure the proper organization and maintenance of inventory within the warehouse facility.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure packages meet Amazon's high standards before shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas and loading docks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
