Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks with precision while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock levels
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with certification support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
