Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and scan orders for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, scanners, totes) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members for optimal workflow
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (seasonal areas)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for flexible shifts including nights/weekends
