Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and KPIs.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move objects up to 49 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and scan barcodes.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
