Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using scanners and handheld devices
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and verification processes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Sort and organize incoming merchandise in designated storage areas
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging and shipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Flexibility to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
