Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to Amazon's safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and processing returns
- Support facility cleanliness and operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
