Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse associates with flexible shift scheduling
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, and shipping processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train and develop staff on new technologies and procedures
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
