Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety protocols
- Process returns and inventory adjustments with precision
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all Amazon safety and quality standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support cross-functional operations during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid state-issued driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
