Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack customer orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, scanners, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Perform inventory management tasks including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized workstations to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to Amazon's rigorous safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
