Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy within 99.5% tolerance
- Inspect and package high-value goods with specialized handling protocols
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards during all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document all activities in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in using warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
