Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts weekly
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per 5S standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams during peak seasons
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and up to 70 occasionally
- Stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts on concrete floors
- Basic math literacy and inventory tracking skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
