Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal refrigeration temperatures (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in cold environments
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and stock rotation
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers with temperature monitoring
- Maintain detailed inventory logs and sanitation records
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F environments for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
