Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with exceptional accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper training
- Load/unload freight trucks and organize inventory efficiently
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain organized storage zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and ergonomic guidelines

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
